Breakfast is Served

We're doing well on the "breakfast habit."
Goodbye McDonald's, Hello healthy yummy food.
Try:

  • Orowheat Whole Wheat English Muffin, Double Fiber
  • Kashi Instant Hot Cereal, Hearty Honey & Cinnamon
  • Promise activ, Light Spread
    *this has 1g of Plant Sterols per serving (Lower your cholesterol!)

We also eat slices of Center Cut bacon and scrambled eggs. Louie is letting me get away with it (so far) but I'm substituting 1/4 cup of egg white for a large egg in the mix I make. Supposedly, you should not consume more than 6 egg yolks in a week.
